When you submit a photo for restoration:

When you buy and/or download a restored photo, or login and sign up for a subscription, or send us a message via the contact form:

We do not collect or process or store or touch any credit card details on our servers whatsoever; all sensitive payment data is securely processed and stored exclusively by Stripe in compliance with PCI DSS standards.

How We Use Collected Data

Submitted and Restored Photos:

We use your submitted photos solely to provide our photo restoration services. Your images are processed using third-party GPU cloud providers to perform the restoration work. These cloud providers automatically delete all processed images from their systems within one hour of processing completion.

Photo Storage:

We temporarily store both your original submitted photos and the restored output images for 24 hours after processing. After this 24-hour period, all images are deleted from our servers and cannot be recovered.

Photo Review:

During the 24-hour retention period, your submitted and restored images may be reviewed by our team for the following legitimate purposes:

1. Analyzing and improving the performance and quality of our restoration algorithms

1. Enhancing our service capabilities and user experience

1. Detect and prevent violations of our Terms of Service and illegal activities
